First of all I love the atmosphere, and especially since they just play music in the background and don't blare it like a nightclub like some of their competitors around here do. The young men at the counter were absolutely awesome, polite, quick, smiling, informative and super helpful, as since I had never been there and wasn't familiar with their drink selection at all. I went with an old favorite, a Vanilla Latte, it was great!! Quite possibly the best vanilla latte I have ever had. Thick foam, rich flavor, a warm milkshake like sensation with every sip. They have definitely earned a repeat visit from me, probably many repeat visits, honestly.

Living in Odessa so every trip I take to The grind has been well worth the time and money, they have great pricing and the matcha is the best I've had in the midland/odessa area. Seriously can't express enough how delicious the coffee and matcha is.
The food, service and ambiance were just what we needed! The coffee was excellent and we were able to get the pick me up we needed midday. A great stop!
Service was very friendly! They don't have frozen drinks so they threw an iced drink together for my kid and it was great. Couple of tables to sit and chat or work. Great slower pace environment

Me and my friend went to the Grind with our babies. We loved atmosphere, it was a little packed. However we got s good table to chill and drink some coffee. The only negative thing is there is no changing table. What a bummer!!! My coffee got cold because I was changing my baby in her stroller and they made me a new one at no charge. That's why they get a 5 stars. Please please consider a changing table.
